Day Of "Let's Get Married" Wedding Package
Prices Start @ $700 Friday-Saturday, $500 Sunday-Thursday

Our “Day Of” Wedding Package covers the basics to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan. Elegance and creative planning are brought to a new level through this amazing package, just one of our many great options in the “Let’s Get Married” series.
Before Wedding Day
· Unlimited Phone and Email Contact with your Wedding Coordinator available 24/7/365 days a year
· 1 consultation Prior to Wedding Day to discuss the details and placement of favors, photos and small keepsakes for the Ceremony
and Reception.
· Contact vendor the day before to make sure things are in order.
· Lead Coordinator will attend wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
· Assist rehearsal flow, advice, coordinate and suggest ceremony details as needed
Ceremony & Reception
· Complete contact with Bride throughout the entire day for support and anything she may need
· Wedding Planner and Assistant will arrive 2 hours prior to wedding start time
· Distribute any remaining payments or gratuities to vendors as needed
· Handle any discrepancies, last minute details, bridal party issues or tardy vendors as needed
· Ensure décor and timeline is followed according to plan as requested by the Bride and Groom
· Set-up items: toasting glasses, cake cutter, guest book, place cards, photos, etc. Items must be given to the coordinator the day
before the wedding.
· Distribute flowers/bouquets and oversee all floral placements are completed
· Transport small items from Ceremony to Reception area
· Direct wedding Ceremony and Reception
· Bustle bridal gown for Reception; make sure the bride is looking her best.
· Cue Bride and Groom for entrance, first dance, cake cutting and toast
· Assist Bride and Groom for exit, gather guest for wedding exit if needed
· Box up all remaining cake, prepare to go meal if needed, and distribute favors to guests.
· Help load gifts, personal items (photos, cake knife and server etc.) and keepsake items into designated vehicles and to designated
person
