                           Introducing our Wish It “Let’s Get Married” Wedding Package which covers all the basics and more to design the perfect wedding you have been dreaming of your whole life. Give our Coordinators the freedom to use their creative style to plan, create and design your wedding based on your vision and expectations. We promise you will love every detail as our dedicated staff works hard to put together the best night of your life! Your Vision plus Your Style is how we make it happen.                       Before Wedding:
                      • Initial consultation with bride and groom to determine your vision and expectations 
                      • Planning session per month with Unlimited E-Planning 
                      • Unlimited Phone & Email Contact with your Wedding Coordinator - available 24/7/365 days a year
                      • Unlimited Days of Vendors Meetings with the couple 
                      • Provide etiquette guidance when requested 
                      • Pre-screen all wedding vendors before appointment 
                      • Give Vendor Referrals
                      • Attend vendors meeting with the couple 
                      • Confirm wedding day vendors 
                      • Create and maintain vendor payment schedule 
                      • Provide reminders of all payments sent to couple for amounts due monthly to their vendors 
                      • Distribute your final payment to vendors at the end of their contract 
                      • Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner, Ongoing updates with clients about vendor’s services/products 
                      • Final Timeline prepared the week of the wedding, vendor confirmation times 
                      • Client approved Timeline to be provided to necessary vendors the week of wedding, Assist Bride & Groom in preparing requested photo list to be given to photographer before wedding day Ceremony Rehearsal
                      • Attend rehearsal at Ceremony Site (up to 2 hours) 
                      • Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on Wedding Day (candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.) 
                      • Full explanation of what will happen during and after Ceremony/Reception to the Bride & Groom before wedding day. 
                      • Discuss any concerns or doubts that the bridal party might have Client approved Timeline and Contact List provided to entire bridal party and family members at Rehearsal. 
                      • Contact all vendors 1 week before wedding to confirm all details and vendor arrival times 
                      • Distribute final payment to vendors as needed 
                      • Follow-up with vendors on any changes of wedding plans and details 
                      • Assist with the selection of decorating rentals and décor ideas 
                      • RSVP tracking and keep an updated list of all guests attending if needed 
                      • Wedding budget management and tips 
                      • Develop wedding day itinerary for the couple, wedding party, family, and vendors 
                      • Create Ceremony and Reception room layouts 
                      • Deliver the engagement and wedding announcements to the newspaper companies of couple's choice (actual announcement costs to be paid by client) if needed 
                      • Assist with accommodations for out-of-town guests including hotel blocks and up to two hotels 
                      • Assist with final touches of party favors for guests and arrange them as requested. 
                      • Assist with the selection of decorating rentals with the rental company 
                      • Create and maintain monthly task list and vendor meetings 
                      • Prepare a timeline of events for the ceremony and reception 
                      • Assist with compilation of guest gift bags or baskets. 
                      • Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels on wedding day 
                      • Assist with obtaining the marriage license, if desired 
                      • Arrange accommodations for your out-of-town guests including hotel blocks and flight assistance 
                      • Concierge services for out-of-town guests arriving early for event including planning of fun events in the city 
                      • Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels on wedding day up to 2 hotels 
                      • Assist with transportation details from and to airport; details on the out-of-town guests arrival times and the printout for bridal couple and family 
                      • Assist with planning transportation details from and to airport; details on the out-of- town guest arrival times and the printout for bridal couple and family, if needed 
                      • Assist with stuffing and mailing of invitations (addressing of envelopes at an additional cost, plus postage) 
                      • Assist with Bridal portrait-transportation of the attire and assisting the bride-to- be during the portrait session
                      • Review and Coordinate Rehearsal and Ceremony with Officiates, wedding party, and vendors 
                      • Assist with the rehearsal dinner menu, ceremony menu, and reception menu details 
                      • Assist in the honeymoon planning and get-a-way car



                      Wedding Day Ceremony & Reception:
                      • Lead Coordinator and Assistant will be present the entire day to oversee and insure all details are covered. 
                      • Assistance to Bride with dressing for Photos & before Ceremony 
                      • Insuring Bride & Groom are out of sight of each other at all times, if there will no reveal before ceremony
                      • Insure Flowers are distributed to Bridal Party before the ceremony 
                      • Assist with Photographer with pre ceremony photos schedule (if needed). In addition to assisting after ceremony to insure requested photos are taken and schedule is maintained 
                      • Lead Coordinator and 2 Assistants will coordinate your entire wedding day to make sure it runs smoothly as requested by the couple 
                      • Site Setup of small items (photos, favors, place cards etc.) at Ceremony and Reception locations will begin 2 hours before event 
                      • Coordinate with Videographer and Photographer so no important moments are overlooked or missed. 
                      • Insuring members of the Bridal Party are lined up in order and ready for Ceremony . 
                      • Cue Musicians/DJ during Ceremony and Reception as needed. 
                      • Secure placement of gifts to a designated area. Cards will be secured during Reception in their designated area. Insure all gifts and cards are taken by designated family member. 
                      • Make sure table numbers, place cards, programs, wedding favors are correctly placed 
                      • Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc. 
                      • Collection of all items such as toasting glasses, guest book, photos, bridal bouquet, and personal décor to a designated family member after wedding reception. 
                      • Confirm signing of Marriage License and who is responsible for filling 
                      • Bustle wedding gown before reception and as needed if issues arise 
                      • Assist bridal party with line order for introductions for Reception. 
                      • Coordinate with Master of Ceremony or DJ with timing of Introductions, special dances, cake cutting, toast, bouquet and garter toss, and any planned exit of Bride & Groom. 
                      • Notify Bride & Groom during the reception when necessary to be prepared. (Bouquet & garter toss, special dances etc.) 
                      • Coordinate with Ceremony & Reception Sites personnel to confirm set up & tear down of said areas.
                      • Distribute any final payments and tips to vendors 
                      • Provide Bridal Emergency Day of Kit 
                      • Be available to bride before Ceremony & during Reception for any needs that may arise 
                      • Handle any and all issues that may arise, so that your day is completely stress free!



                      After Ceremony & Reception:
                      • Transport small items needed from ceremony to reception 
                      • Prepare cake and meal for couple to take from reception, if desired 
                      • Distribute tossing items and assist in line up guests 
                      • Assist in loading gifts and keepsakes left after reception in designated car 
                      • Attend reception and ensure clean up is completed by vendors 
                      • Deliver wedding gown to cleaners/ family member and return tuxedos, if needed 
                      • Deliver wedding bouquet to a preservation company.
